Ernesto Alonso Palma Camacho
Born in Costa Rica, began dancing at the early aged of 11 years old, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and his country’s National Folklore.
His professional dance career started at 16 years of age at the local dance school and got invited to join the National Folklore Dance Company.
After relocating to USA at the aged of 19, he joined TC Dance Club International (Ballroom Dance School) as an Instructor learning about 16 different dance styles.
At 22, joined the Alvin Alley School 2nd house, studying modern dance in Horton, Dunham techniques and Ballet.
Now a NYC-Chicago based professional competitive dancer/instructor & choreographer, has had the pleasure to dance for pop stars such as Marc Anthony, Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull, Disney star Daniel Patric Ellis and former dance instructor for actress Blake Lively.
Dance appearances on TV shows such as the Today Show, Tyra, Robert Verdi Show, the A-list plus TV-Web Commercials.
Gay Games 2014 World Professional International Same Sex Latin Dance Champion.
2015-2014-2010 USA International Latin Same Sex Ballroom Champion.
2nd place in Professional Rising Star American Rhythm Ballroom Championship.
4th place in Open Professional American Rhythm.
5th place at USDC Mambo National Championships.
Choreographer to the 1st production of the Musical Giant presented in Arlington Virginia at the Signature Theater.
